Our On-Ramp program is designed to safely and effectively introduce beginners to the foundational movements, terminology, and training style of CrossFit. It focuses on teaching proper technique, building confidence, and reducing injury risk while gradually preparing you for regular classes. The program also helps you understand the CrossFit philosophy, assess your fitness level, and introduce you to our supportive community.

The purpose of our Teens CrossFit class is to help young athletes build a strong foundation in fitness through safe and effective movement. Safety remains our top priority as we teach proper form and technique for fundamental exercises. This class is designed to accommodate all fitness and experience levels, offering scaling options to challenge more seasoned athletes while supporting those who are newer to training. We aim to create a supportive, engaging environment where teens can improve their strength, endurance, and confidence.
