Just like a creed represents a guiding set of beliefs, we created this space to bring like-minded fitness enthusiasts together in Quinte West to train, grow, thrive and push past limits. Lauren

“Hi! My name is Lauren, I have been coaching CrossFit since 2020 and have been an athlete in the sport for over 9 years. My journey with CrossFit began in 2016 initially as a means to stay fit and build strength, but over time I discovered that CrossFit transcends traditional fitness; it’s about family, fun and a supportive community. It is an invaluable outlet in my life - where even on the toughest of days, I leave feeling uplifted. I’ve competed at the amateur level across Ontario at local run competitions over the last 8 years and dabbled in weightlifting with the OWA in 2023 and 2024. My passion for the sport of CrossFit is something I hope to share with you to help you discover the benefits of CrossFit. When I’m not working or working out you can find me with my friends and family, curled up watching a new series or probably at home sense.

Hi! I'm Stephanie and I have been coaching CrossFit for nearly 13 years! I found CrossFit at a time in my life when I needed something more than just a "get skinny quick" workout routine. I believe CrossFit is so much more than just a way to train. It is a community of like minded people who can support you and help you grow both in and out of the gym. While the majority of the hour you'll spend at CrossFit Creed will be lots of moving and sweating, it has the potential to be so much more. I take great pride in being a part of that. I love sports of all kinds, and would consider myself an avid reader.  When I'm not in the gym you will likely find me reading, or playing with my dogs.

Fitness has been a core part of my life for over 20 years. As a Search and Rescue Technician in the military, staying strong and ready has been essential. Whether preparing for high-intensity missions or helping others build strength and resilience, I’ve always been passionate about pushing my limits and achieving goals. Now, I’m bringing that same dedication to coaching—helping people train with purpose, build confidence, and unlock their full potential. Whether you’re preparing for a demanding career, chasing peak performance, or just looking to feel stronger every day, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Hey! I’m Audrey. I've been doing CrossFit since 2012, and prior to that, I spent 12 years training as a gymnast. If you’re wondering why I don’t have abs or bigger arms after all these years—well, let’s just say chocolate is my true weakness. CrossFit has taught me so much more than just how to lift heavy things. It’s about learning to embrace the tough days, the "I can’t even walk after that WOD" days, and the "why did I do that?" moments. It’s not just about being physically strong, but also about building mental toughness. For me, CrossFit is less about what I look like and more about enjoying the process—becoming the strongest, happiest, and most balanced version of myself. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll probably find me chasing after my toddler, snuggled up with a good book, or spending time with my family.

I’m Cedrick, and I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2018. For me, CrossFit is more than just a workout; it’s a way to clear my mind and escape the stresses of daily life. When I step into the gym, it’s like everything else fades away, and I can focus solely on the challenge at hand. The intensity and variety of CrossFit keep me engaged, and it pushes me to continually improve. It’s also a community—whether it’s sharing a tough workout or celebrating a personal achievement, the people I’ve met through CrossFit have become an important part of my life. Outside of the gym, I love riding my motorcycle, working on projects in my workshop, and spending quality time with my family. My favorite movement is the bench press, and DT is definitely my go-to WOD. CrossFit has become a huge part of who I am, both physically and mentally.

Hi! I’m Amelia. I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2016 and coaching since 2018. I love the challenge of weightlifting and pushing my limits, but what drives me most is helping others discover their own strength—both physically and mentally. To me, CrossFit is more than just a workout; it’s a way to build resilience, confidence, and a lifelong love for movement. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or you’re a seasoned athlete, I’m here to support and guide you toward your goals. Outside the gym, you’ll often find me curled up with a good book, getting my hands dirty in the garden, or out on an adventure with my family.

Hey, I’m Joey! I’ve been part of the CrossFit community for nearly a decade, and I’m still constantly learning in this ever-evolving world of health and fitness. I’m excited to be coaching at CrossFit Creed and look forward to being part of your fitness journey. Whether you’re here to improve strength, endurance, or overall wellness, I’m here to help you achieve your goals! Outside the gym, I work as a firefighter and an instructor at Loyalist College. When I’m not working or working out, you can usually find me outside—biking, gardening, or just enjoying the outdoors.

Mel

G’day! I’m Mel. When I moved back from Australia in 2012, the personal trainer I had there said “there’s a new fitness regime in North America that you’re crazy enough to love, you should look it up”. I literally did my first class straight off the plane and haven’t stopped since! Through multiple deployments, including to Abu Dhabi where I coached at a non-affiliate, plus through a few more moves, CrossFit’s been the constant. Outside the gym I love golf, pickleball, hiking with my dogs, aviation nerdery, and travelling! In my younger years I was a professional cheerleader, aussie rules footy player, synchronized swimmer, gymnastics coach, rock climbing instructor, and black belt in jiu jitsu. One of the definitions of CrossFit is “constantly varied”, and I think my sporting resume lends itself perfectly to this. So I am really excited for that to come across in my coaching while I share my love of this regime and the community with you all!

Hi there, I’m Victoria! I was first introduced to CrossFit in 2019, I was hooked by not only the incredible increase in quantifiers of my fitness but also the community aspect. As someone who grew up playing team sports - I felt it gave me that itch again. I started coaching in 2022, while studying BSc in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph. I am extremely passionate about quality movement patterns and research based tactics. Being a medic is my day job, but if I’m not at the gym you can find me trail riding, listening to a good podcast, or most importantly enjoying some good cuisine.
