Q: How does pausing my membership work?

A: Please give us 48 hour notice prior to any membership holds. Your membership will be placed on hold so it does not renew for the next bi-weekly billing cycle. We do not do mid-cycle pauses.


Q: Who is the military/first responder discount applicable to?

A: The military first responder discount is applicable to active, reserve and veteran military members, paramedics, police and firefighters.

Q: How does the family discount work?

A: The family discount is available to members residing at the same address who hold active subscription memberships simultaneously.

Q: Does my discount work on passes?

A: No, discounts are only applicable to subscription memberships (ie. 3x a week, unlimited, open/flex pass).

Q: How does 24/7 access work?

A: Our facility features a secure access system that allows members to use the gym during off-hours. If you are unable to make typical training hours you are still able to sneak in your workout.

Q: Do I need CrossFit experience to join the gym?

A: In short NO! But if CrossFit is new to you, we have an On-Ramp program that gives you 3 personal training sessions with one of our coaches so you can learn the fundamentals along with a one month’s unlimited membership.
