CrossFit Creed will proudly host the Giant Weightlifting Club’s in-house Olympic weightlifting competition, featuring the snatch and clean & jerk. Athletes will have three attempts at each lift, with their top successful lifts combined for a total score. This event is a great chance for lifters of all levels to showcase their strength and technique in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Spectators and supporters are welcome!
